Mint's Apprenticeship Program

Since 2007, we established an Apprenticeship Programme that provides people looking for a career change, with the opportunity to bring their years of experience and their wealth of knowledge into this industry.

The Apprenticeship Program entails a six-month commitment to learn the Microsoft technology stack and gain experience in this industry while being exposed to large projects and deployments to project their learnings.

Requirements of the Apprenticeship Programme:

Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of career experience can apply for the programme. The interview purpose is for compatibility and capability matching, as there is a bilateral investment from the Apprentice as well as Mint Group.

Apprentices can apply to join one of the Mint teams to complete their programme. While the candidate does not have to have a technology background, they must want to be a part of a technology-driven and -supported company.

Please note that applications for the Apprenticeship Program will be open from September 2021.
